As a native of Charlotte, Kammi provides her clients with an intimate knowledge of Charlotte’s most desired neighborhoods and communities. She brings a unique level of enthusiasm and expertise to help her clients achieve their real estate and staging needs.

Kammi graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Sociology. She immediately started working as a recruiter for First Union/Wachovia. After several years of working in the banking industry, she transitioned into the real estate industry in 2002.

Kammi has experience helping clients buy and sell real estate in all of the main neighborhoods throughout Charlotte as well as Huntersville and South Charlotte areas, including Weddington and Waxhaw.

She enjoys building relationships with her clients, based on trust, respect, and mutual understanding. She approaches every transaction with the utmost care, making her number one priority client satisfaction. She prides herself on being highly responsive and a skilled negotiator for her clients, always striving for the best deal possible.

Kammi has lived in some of Charlotte’s most sought-after neighborhoods including Chantilly, Southpark, Myers Park, Southend, and Providence Park/Cotswold. With Kammi living in Charlotte for over forty years and raising two daughters, she has an excellent understanding of all the wonderful neighborhoods in the area.

To complement her real estate work, Kammi has a full-service staging business. She offers this staging/design solution to her clients, both buyers, and sellers as an accessory at no additional charge. Kammi is passionate about homes being properly prepared for market to ensure the property sells at the highest amount in the shortest period of time.
